If a person moves when I do CPR, what should I do?

Stop, if a person moves they don’t need CPR.

Can I get sued if I give CPR to someone?

You could but the Good Samaritan Law protects someone performing CPR.

Can I kill someone if I do CPR incorrectly?

No. you can only do CPR on someone who is 1. Not Responding 2. Not Breathing and 3. Has No Pulse , that person is already dead.
